**Griffiths Brothers Two Spoons Gin**

We’re excited to share our first collaboration gin with the wonderful team at Two Spoons Tea, a local producer dedicated to crafting the finest blends of teas from around the world. 

In this special gin, we’ve carefully chosen their first flush Darjeeling tea,  which provides tropical notes that we believe you will truly appreciate. The combination of Darjeeling and lemon verbena creates a bright, herbaceous experience that feels both uplifting and refreshing. To add depth, we’ve included cubeb pepper for a gentle, warming spice, while pink grapefruit brings a vibrant citrus touch. We hope this gin brings you joy in every sip. 

Server : Keep if simple 
Garnish: Thin bit of Pink Grapefruit rind.
Tonic: Indian & Mediterranean, plenty of ice

Love the idea of this novel combination of Gin and Two Spoons Tea but I haven’t drunk it myself as I bought it as a present. I was amazed at how quickly it was dispatched and even more amazed at the quality of the packaging. I hope the friend to whom I’m giving it will offer me a glass (with some decent tonic)
