Kieran is a new vital cog in the Griffiths Brothers machine and is contributing to the gradual expansion of our small business and furthering our goals for the further reach of our spirits.
After leaving the police force, Kieran’s passion for handcrafted and locally made beverages grew as he became immersed in the brewing industry. He even brews his own beer at home!
Kieran’s interest in gin lead him to us and he is loving learning about and engineering the cold distillation process of our spirits.
Kieran now helps us at Griffiths Brothers with all jobs regarding the distillery and distillation process, as well as working in the shop and getting the bottles ready for the shelves.
