Members gin "G & tea"

The new members gin from our distillery is called "G & Tea".

We've been wanting to create a gin with tea for some time now. Recently, we were inspired during a visit to the Manchester distillery for a discussion with the group "Actually Made In". We tried Mason Yorkshire Tea Gin and found it quite good. This led us to team up with a local tea company, Two Spoons, based near us in Amersham. They provided their Bucks Blend, which we found distilled very well. Flavour-wise, this gin has a punchy, big hit of juniper, along with citrus notes of grapefruit, lemon, and bergamot, as well as classic botanicals, all finishing with a pleasing tea note. As with all our gins, we recommend keeping it simple - just add a small lemon rind and your favourite tonic. If you interested in membership please look at membership details in the shop.
